Shipping Policy
At Litter Zero, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. General Information
Order Processing
Orders for in-stock items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or promotional events.
2. Pre-Orders (Pre-Order Customers Only)
Pre-order items may require several weeks or longer before shipment depending on inventory availability.
Once inventory arrives at our U.S. warehouse:
- Most pre-orders will ship within standard delivery timelines.
- High demand or inventory shortages may result in additional delays.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both:
- In-stock items, and
- Pre-order items
your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
3. Shipping Destinations & Costs
48 Contiguous United States
Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping applies only to individual items priced over $50 after discounts.
- Items priced at $50 or less will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per eligible item/order.
- Combining multiple lower-priced items to exceed $50 in cart total does not qualify for free shipping.
Examples:
- One item priced at $59 → Free shipping
- Two items priced at $30 each → Shipping fee applies
- One item priced at $45 + one item priced at $20 → Shipping fee applies
Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories & Military Addresses
Shipping is currently unavailable to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- U.S. Territories
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.
Duties & Tariffs
All applicable U.S. duties and tariffs are covered by Litter Zero.
No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
In-Stock Items
Estimated delivery time:
- 7–14 business days within the contiguous United States
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Carrier performance
- Weather conditions
- Destination ZIP code
Pre-Order or Low Inventory Items
Pre-order items or products experiencing temporary inventory shortages may require:
- 10–25 business days on average before shipment
- In some cases, over one month for fulfillment
5. Package Forwarding Services
If you use a package forwarding or freight forwarding company, Litter Zero is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Damaged shipments
- Delivery delays
- Missing items after delivery to the forwarding provider
Once the package has been delivered to the forwarding company, responsibility transfers to the forwarding provider and customer.
Refunds, replacements, or claims will not be provided for issues occurring after confirmed delivery to a forwarding service.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
Litter Zero is not responsible for:
- Delays
- Lost packages
- Misdeliveries
caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after shipment confirmation.

9. Warranty Policy
We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Defective products caused by manufacturing issues
- Free replacement for eligible warranty claims within 1 year
Important Shipping Responsibility:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not covered under warranty or replacement policy.
If an order is returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address information entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for placing a new order or paying additional reshipping fees.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Misuse or abuse
- customer-caused loss/disposal is not covered
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
