Please note: This product is a pre-order item. Delivery usually takes up to 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Orders up to #50,000 are in the process of shipping from our CA warehouse, with all shipments expected to be completed over the next couple of days (March 23 – March 24).

Due to an unexpected surge in demand, refill orders after #46,000 are expected to ship toward the end of March. We sincerely apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate your understanding.
March 25th, 2026 (est.)
The shipment carrying orders after #50,000 is expected to arrive at the U.S. West Coast port together with refill shipments for orders after #46,000 around March 25.
After this batch, the pre-order phase will be ending soon, and we will transition to regular shipping with faster delivery times.
March 30th – March 31th, 2026 (est.)
After unloading and transfer from the port to our partner's warehouse, processing will take about
5-6 days.
Orders will begin shipping sequentially between March 30th and March 31th.
Final Delivery
Tracking numbers will be sent automatically to the email address you used when placing your order.
Once shipped from our CA warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–10 days, depending on your location within the United States.

FAQs
A. This is a pre-order, and shipping usually takes about 4-5 weeks. Starting early next year, regular shipping will be handled directly from our 3PL warehouse, just like any other package delivery.
A. Because of how the U.S. shipping system works, shipping fees are applied per item or bundle, not by the total order amount. This means that when you purchase multiple bundles, each one is processed separately and may have its own shipping fee. We truly wish we could offer free shipping for all orders, but currently it’s available only for bundles priced over $50 each.
A. Unfortunately, we can only ship within the continental United States at this time. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not available.
A. It’s simple, just place LitterZero next to your litter box and scoop waste directly into it.
A. The included scoop is specially designed to fit perfectly with LitterZero’s opening, with three different hole sizes for precise scooping. But if you already have a scoop you prefer, you can continue to use it.
A. On average, one refill bag lasts about 1 month for a single cat. This can vary depending on your cat’s size and habits.
A. LitterZero refills are custom-made with a 7-layer design that locks in odors and ensures a perfect fit. Other bags do not fit or seal properly, which means they can’t deliver the same odor-blocking performance.
A. Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling, we cannot accept a return. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
A. We provide a one-year limited warranty.
