A. Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses (CA or NJ) and typically arrive within 2–10 days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
A. Because of how the U.S. shipping system works, shipping fees are applied per item or bundle, not by the total order amount. This means that when you purchase multiple bundles, each one is processed separately and may have its own shipping fee. We truly wish we could offer free shipping for all orders, but currently it’s available only for bundles priced over $50 each.
A. Unfortunately, we can only ship within the continental United States at this time. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not available.
A. It’s simple, just place LitterZero next to your litter box and scoop waste directly into it.
A. The included scoop is specially designed to fit perfectly with LitterZero’s opening, with three different hole sizes for precise scooping. But if you already have a scoop you prefer, you can continue to use it.
A. On average, one refill bag lasts about 1 month for a single cat. This can vary depending on your cat’s size and habits.
A. LitterZero refills are custom-made with a 7-layer design that locks in odors and ensures a perfect fit. Other bags do not fit or seal properly, which means they can’t deliver the same odor-blocking performance.
A. Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling, we cannot accept a return. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
A. We offer a 1-year limited warranty for defects that occur under normal use.
